
Going one step further to help optimise runner performance at the Absa RUN YOUR CITY (RYC) Series in 2022, event organisers are excited to welcome the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA) as the official health and fitness content sponsor of SA’s leading 10km road running series which includes the: Absa RYC CAPE TOWN 10K (Sunday 15 May 2022), Absa RYC DURBAN 10K (Sunday 10 July 2022) and Absa RYC JOBURG 10K (Saturday 24 September 2022).

TRAINING PROGRAMMES: With the Cape Town event first on the cards in 2022, a comprehensive “Couch to 10K” and a “Sub 60min” training programme will be available for download from the Absa RYC CAPE TOWN 10K website compliments of SSISA.
