REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS
The Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K adheres to the standard running industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. This is noted on our entry system and when you register; you must agree to this policy. You may not give your number to another individual – doing so could result in your disqualification, as well as the disqualification of the runner using your race number.
The entry fee for this year’s event is not transferrable to next year’s event. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, pregnancy, etc. – there are no exceptions.
Substitutions are permissible until 14 April 2023 via the Entry Ninja platform.
